  4. Customize your weekly workout schedule using the calendar above.
  5. Your generated workout now shows sets, reps, and a Recommended Weight for each exercise based on your historical 1RM data.
  6. At the bottom of each exercise, you'll see your "1RM (from history)" and "90% of 1RM."
  7. Connect with friends to stay motivated and share your fitness journey!
